Location of position: Lisle, IL. As our Paralegal, Operations you will be responsible for providing support on a variety of corporate and frontline business matters. This role requires you to have analytical skills, multi-tasking ability, and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business associates and leaders. This individual acts with the direction and under supervision of Senior Paralegal. You will bring 3+ years of progressive and successful experience as a paralegal working with commercial issues in a corporate or law firm setting with solid legal research, organizational, writing, analytical, and communication skills to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. The degree or certificate must be in paralegal studies from accredited college, university, or program. Other Listed Duties Prepare and update training materials, newsletters, organizational charts, etc. Distribute and record Confidentiality Acknowledgements. Review contracts and corporate governance for due diligence process. Conduct legal research and prepare analysis. Track deadlines. Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive and successful experience as a paralegal working with commercial issues in a corporate or law firm setting with solid legal research, organizational, writing, analytical, and communication skills to KONE.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • The degree or certificate must be in paralegal studies from accredited college, university, or program.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, legal hold, acquisition, and matter management software and processes.
