About The Position
The Paralegal will support the Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment (LAE) practice group in Miami, assisting lawyers throughout the litigation process from initial information gathering to trial and archival of case materials. This role involves maintaining correspondence, supporting hearings and trials, cite checking briefs, and assisting with settlements, while ensuring compliance with security protocols and best practices.
