Key Responsibilities: Case File Management: Organize and maintain electronic case files in MyCase and related systems. Document Support: Draft and format routine legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings using firm templates. Discovery Support: Assist with assembling, organizing, and indexing discovery materials. Calendaring Support: Assist with tracking deadlines, hearings, and service requirements under supervision. Client & Internal Communication: Communicate professionally with clients and staff regarding routine requests and updates. Filing & Service: Assist with e-filing, service, and document processing as assigned. Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education/experience Entry-level or up to 2 years of law firm experience Basic understanding of legal terminology and court procedures Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions, processes, and deadlines Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment Willingness to learn and accept feedback Pay Range: $70,000+ commensurate with experience Our firm is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
