For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 32 - 53 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. Requirements

Five plus years of relevant experience.
General knowledge of regulations and laws that apply to drafting welfare benefit plan documents (e.g., COBRA, ERISA).
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects or tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

Draft and amend welfare benefit (e.g., medical benefits) plan documents such as summary plan descriptions and summary of benefits and coverage documents (as needed), in accordance with internal/client guidance.
Attend new group meetings for groups assigned.
Understand and apply applicable regulations and laws in the drafting of plan documents.
Reviews client benefit materials needed to align with organizational standards and to create plan documents.
Provides operational support to team members as needed and contribute consistently to daily workflow.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
