About The Position

The Paralegal in Corporate & Investment Banking plays a crucial role in supporting legal and corporate services within the organization. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of paralegal experience with a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and advises on policies, procedures, contracts, and related documents.
• Supports management by responding to routine matters and questions.
• Monitors industry developments related to the functional area.
• Conducts research and gathers information to assist attorneys.
• Assists in the preparation of legal and corporate documentation.
