Paralegal - Contract Management

About The Position

We are seeking a paralegal to join our legal team, with a focus on contract review and management. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the contracting process operates efficiently and in accordance with applicable law.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years of experience in contract administration or as a paralegal with a strong focus on contract review and management.
Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Experience with government contracting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist in the review, and negotiation of supplier/customer agreements and related legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.
Coordinate responses to requests for proposals, bids and tenders and assist in developing standard operating procedures for government contracting.
Close collaboration with in-house legal counsel and relevant stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
Maintain contract database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and accessible.
Coordinate with subject matter experts (including IP, finance, regulatory, and IT) on contract matters.
Verify contracts are signed and maintained in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
