General Description Display knowledge of clerical practices and procedures commonly employed in administrative, government,legal,judicial, and/or similar Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, callers, representativesof other offices,andmembersofthe Establishes priorities and completes clerical-processing requirements. Composes answers to correspondences and/or filings that are deemed unacceptable for filing. Determinesextent andefficiencyofexistingofficeprocedures and workflow;recommends changes in processing and order of work Analyzes, offers recommendations, and implements improvements in electronically filing, entering and proofreading Maintain confidentiality and/or control of records, including statutory or other basis for that status. Work with County and/or Court management personnel, affected individuals both within and outside of the County government, and others such as attorneys, social service personnel, law-enforcement officials, and/or parties to Court cases. Provide information governing assigned programs or cases and explain need for different or additional information, action or assistance. Criminal Specialty Train new employees on tasks and procedures; observe job performance and conduct performance assessments.
