Fennemore has an exciting opportunity in our San Diego, California office for a full-time Bankruptcy Litigation Paralegal. This integral role supports our attorneys and clients in complex bankruptcy and insolvency matters across multiple jurisdictions, with a primary focus in California, Arizona, and Nevada. The position works across debtor, creditor, and fiduciary representations, including trustees and receiverships, and provides substantive support in contested matters and adversary proceedings. The ideal candidate brings meaningful federal bankruptcy court experience and the ability to independently draft first-draft pleadings with minimal supervision. This individual is comfortable managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
