Paraeducators, Full-Time
About The Position
Full-Time Hourly rate & benefits are included in the Paraeducator Bargaining Unit contract. Number of full-time Paraeducators to be hired will be based on need. Newly hired Paraeducators will work thirty (30) hours weekly and the position follows the Griswold Public Schools' calendar for student days. Grade level and school location is yet to be determined. Associate's degree, sixty earned college credits, or successful passing grade on the Para Pro Assessment required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with students on the autism spectrum, using assistive technology, discrete trials and implementing behavioral management plans.
