The job of Paraeducator, Community Schools is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional program in a high-risk setting with specific responsibility for assisting teachers with instruction, supervision and tutoring of students; monitoring students; providing secretarial support related to the community school program; and serving and clean-up of meals. The Paraeducator, Community Schools may work in a school setting where interaction with expelled or Probation-referred high school students, foster youth and/or infants and toddlers is required. This job reports to the Assigned Administrator.
