About The Position
Must meet the following requirements in order to comply with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Proof MUST be attached to your application. Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent AND any one of the following: Completion of 2 years of college at an Accredited Institution of Higher Education (48 units) Possession of an Associate's Degree or higher degree Passage of of the CBEST Passage of a BUSD approved Paraprofessional Exam Previous experience is desirable in working with special education children, as a teacher, with recognized youth groups, or as a volunteer at a school. You MUST attach transcripts, degree or tests scores to meet the above requirements. To take the paraprofessional test, please email [email protected] to schedule a test appointment.
