The job of Paraeducator - Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) is done for the purpose/s of providing support to a variety of students, staff, and building teams to assist with student behavior support and implementation of behavior interventions. This position works directly with students and other staff in a school setting providing classroom-based modeling, coaching, and student-specific interventions; Provides support for restorative student group work. This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: Supporting students by integrating data and instruction to maximize student achievement and support students social, emotional, and behavior needs from a strengths-based perspective.
