Requirements
- Title 1 Paraeducators must have one of the following:
- Associate's Degree from an Accredited University
- Minimum of 48 College Credit Hours from an Accredited University
- Successful Completion of the Para Test
Responsibilities
- assist the special education teacher in working with individual students or small groups to help them achieve the skill levels commensurate with their capabilities
