About The Position

The Paraeducator position at Highland Elementary School involves assisting teachers in promoting student learning and well-being. Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with students in structured educational settings.
• Knowledge of child development and instructional strategies.
• Ability to assist with the implementation of the instructional program.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of standard desktop computer hardware and software, including MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with children with special needs.
• Paraprofessional Certification.
• Preschool experience.
