About The Position
As a Pool Server at Pyramid Global Hospitality, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at the Paradise Pool, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your duties will include responding to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner, checking the station for proper set-up and cleanliness, greeting guests, explaining specials and promotions, recording orders accurately, inputting orders into the Point of Sale system, retrieving and delivering orders, replenishing beverages, marketing dessert items, presenting checks, performing general cleaning tasks, assisting with clearing and resetting tables, and attending required meetings. This position requires availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
