Position Summary The WCEL Classroom sub para-educator is an hourly position under the direct supervision of the Classroom Teacher during classes, and the Early Learning Program Manager for reflective supervision and professional development. The schedule for this role will be as follows: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings (typically from 8:30/9-12:30, but dependent on the class being offered that day) Wednesday afternoons (1-2:30, biweekly for team meetings) All staff meetings and trainings, as needed
