About The Position

The Para-Educator position in Special Education at Cpl M Middlebrook Elementary School is designed to support students with special needs in their educational journey. This role involves working closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. The Para-Educator will assist in implementing educational programs and strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and can participate fully in classroom activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
