About The Position

Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Par Excellence Optimization Support for the Supply Chain team who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Par Excellence Optimization Support, you will: Perform scale calibration and weight validation for Par Excellence weighted bin systems Validate and recalibrate bins and PAR levels in collaboration with Materials Management Support item configuration updates under Supply Informatics governance Assist with unit-by-unit optimization, go-live support, and stabilization Troubleshoot Par Excellence issues with IT and vendor support; document standard work Perform other duties as assigned to support the mailroom and copy center

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow defined processes and document work accurately
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Comfort working in clinical and supply environments
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Experience with Par Excellence or similar inventory management systems preferred
Experience in healthcare materials management or supply chain environments preferred

Responsibilities
