About The Position
The Consulting Teacher serves as the primary contact for teachers within the Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) program, responsible for observing, evaluating, guiding, and supporting a caseload of 12-15 teachers. This role involves collecting and analyzing data to make recommendations regarding teacher retention or release, while also providing professional development and fostering collaboration among educators.
