About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Paper Packaging Associates to join our production team at a leading manufacturer in Appleton, WI. This position is essential in ensuring that production timelines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards for our products. As a Paper Packaging Associate, you will work in a clean and safe environment, contributing to the packaging process and supporting machine operators in their tasks. This role offers a unique schedule of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. The starting pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to perform your duties effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include opening products and preparing them for shipment, ensuring the quality and quantity of products and materials, wrapping finished products, loading and unloading machines, and palletizing items. You will also be responsible for moving products to the correct shipping areas and loading docks, and may assist machine operators with machine setup as needed. This position is full-time, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute positively to our team.
