Requirements
- Physical Endurance: Able to perform heavy physical labor in hot, humid, and noisy environments
- Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude
- Attention to Detail: Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic Skills: Solid math, reading, and writing abilities
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in industrial production experience
- Familiarity with mobile equipment and mechanical aptitude
