The PAP Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the customer receives PAP equipment by scheduling an appointment for the customer to come in to pick up equipment and receive proper instruction on how to best use the equipment. Must explain customers financial responsibility and ensure payment. Successfully guide patients through AdaptHealth using a patient centered approach and effective communication. The primary goal is to collaboratively work with patients to positively affect their health outcomes providing the right products and services at the right time while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
