While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Supporting the executive chef, asst executive chef, and room chef. Overseeing production responsibilities and providing service to guests and Team Members in a professional, efficient and courteous manner while maintaining a clean, attractive environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year Culinary experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs. on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance
  • Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
