About The Position

The Pantry Coordinator (Expo) at Levy Sector is responsible for food and beverage distribution from the pantry, managing pantry product inventory, and performing other related duties. This position is crucial in ensuring that all food and beverage items are distributed in a timely manner and that the pantry is well-stocked and organized. The role also involves understanding menu offerings and adhering to safety and sanitation policies.

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings.
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Oversees setup, organization and daily operations of the suite kitchen.
• Ensure pantry items are stocked and fresh.
• Ensure food items are properly stored and labeled according to standards.
• Handle incoming food orders from individual suites.
