About Us Nestled in the scenic Lehigh Valley, Saucon Valley Country Club is a premier private club retreat featuring three 18-hole championship golf courses, seven dining venues, and nine banquet venues. Our diverse culinary offerings set the standard for fine and casual dining experiences in the region. Position Overview We are looking for motivated Pantry Cooks to join our exceptional culinary team. If you enjoy working in versatile, fast-paced kitchens and are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll collaborate with our culinary leadership team to deliver a variety of menus, from casual fare to fine dining. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pantry Cook, Garde Manger, or related culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of cold food preparation, ingredients, and plating techniques.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary school training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble cold dishes, salads, dressings, and appetizers.
  • Ensure all pantry ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service.
  • Follow recipes and plating instructions to maintain consistent quality.
  • Support the culinary team by preparing ingredients and mise en place for service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pantry station, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate professionally with coworkers and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
