About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to employees, supervisors, staff, and management.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Maintain supplies for office and events.
  • Deliver paperwork and supplies to units.
  • Process invoices and statements.
  • Schedule interviews and prepare interview packets.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files.
  • Assist employees with onboarding and other needs.
  • Enroll staff for Biometric time clocks.
  • Relieve staff for breaks.
  • Prepare and follow daily prep sheets and recipes as directed by Chefs.
  • Monitor and control products on lines.
  • Complete station checklists and special cleanups as assigned.
  • Utilize POS system efficiently and attend to guest needs.
  • Restock assigned supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the appearance of dining areas and offices.
  • Set up chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings and events.
  • Wash, sort, and restock flatware and other washable items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dish machines and areas.
