As a Restaurant Manager at Panera Bread, you will play a crucial role in leading all aspects of our daily restaurant operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering a high-quality menu while motivating our staff to provide excellent guest service. You will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals, ensuring efficient operations, and upholding high standards of production, productivity, quality, and customer service. Creating a friendly atmosphere for our guests is essential, as they come to meet friends, celebrate special occasions, or complete important work projects while enjoying a meal in our bakery-cafe. In this position, you will invest in and develop our cafe teams, helping them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences for our guests. You will be expected to work approximately a 50-hour work week, with rotating shifts that include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your leadership, communication, and organizational skills will be vital in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
