About The Position

Apply carton labels, stickers, stencils as required by shipping orders, instructions, etc. High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. 1 year of manufacturing or operations experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Sumter facility (50 mile radius) will be considered for this position. Position Criteria: Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem solving skills. Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within team environment. Willing to work flexible hours and overtime in support of business needs. Willing to get forklift and yard truck certified as driving both are required for the role. Proficient with computers and programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint. Working knowledge of Lean concepts. Must work somewhat independently and make decisions that affect the workgroup. Focus efforts on attaining assigned goals and objectives, which include meeting needs and expectations of internal and external customers. Hold current/be willing to become certified in operation of forklifts and yard dog industrial truck used to transport and locate equipment and materials to required areas.
