About The Position

Skilled Manufacturing Assignment to Hire Panel Wirer / Assembler Are you seeking full time hours with a company you can grow with? Position – Panel Wiring / Assembler Job Location – Richfield, WI Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7am – 4:30pm) M-Th Starting Pay – $27-33/hr - Based on experience Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education – High School Diploma/GED Required Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience wiring panels for industrial three phase equipment. The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and wire electrical control panels according to engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical assembly, strong technical skills, and the ability to work with precision and accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and a commitment to safety in all aspects of panel assembly.

Requirements

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance related to UL508a.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Experience with high and low voltage.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems in the panel.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
