Join our team as a Senior Panel Shop Technician, where you'll play a vital role in assembling, wiring, and testing high-quality electrical control panels. Your expertise will ensure our products meet rigorous safety and performance standards, while your mentorship will help shape the next generation of skilled technicians. In this hands-on role, you’ll take the lead in assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels that meet the highest engineering and industry standards. You’ll interpret complex schematics and technical documentation with ease, ensuring every panel is built with accuracy and care. As challenges arise, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve intricate electrical and mechanical issues, keeping production on track. You’ll also play a key leadership role—mentoring junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team culture, and working closely with engineering and production teams to refine designs and improve processes. Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain thorough documentation and uphold strict safety and compliance standards throughout the panel shop.

Requirements

  • 8+ years proven experience in electrical field and/or panel assembly.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Standards, panel assembly & setup.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout equipment according to prints.
  • Knowledge of welding and automated assembly.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, wire, and test high-quality electrical control panels.
  • Interpret complex schematics and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Mentor junior technicians and foster a collaborative team culture.
