About The Position
Panda Express is hosting an In-Person Open House Interview Day on Saturday, September 21st, 2024, from 11 AM to 5 PM at 1029 Makolu Street, Pearl City, HI, 96782. We are excited to welcome candidates interested in joining our team as Service & Kitchen Team Associates, Shift Leaders, Cooks, Assistant Managers, and Store Managers. Our Service and Kitchen Team associates play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring that they receive great food and service. As a Service and Kitchen Team Associate, you will be part of a friendly team that thrives in a safe and supportive work environment. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow, and we provide comprehensive training for those without prior experience. As a Service Team Associate, your responsibilities will include creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and providing excellent service. As a Kitchen Team Associate, you will be responsible for cooking delicious food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. We are looking for friendly and helpful team members, and while operations experience is a plus, it is not required. Food Handler certification may be necessary depending on local regulations, which would be at your expense. The pay range for Service and Kitchen Team positions is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, while Shift Leaders and Cooks can earn between $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. Assistant Managers can expect to earn $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, and Store Managers can earn $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined based on various factors, including work location and experience. Please note that the work environment can be hot and noisy, with employees often required to stand for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
