About The Position

Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking a PAMA Technology Lead with the following duties: design, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Data Cloud solutions in alignment with business and healthcare requirements. Architect and manage multi-cloud Salesforce environments, including development of Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and MuleSoft integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. Lead integration and data migration activities by modeling data, orchestrating flows with MuleSoft and Informatica, and connecting Salesforce with external systems including EHR, EMR, HL7, and FHIR. Manage release and deployment processes using DevOps practices with tools such as Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments. Apply Agile, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies in project delivery, including planning, testing, deployment, and iterative enhancements. Analyze business requirements and configure Salesforce workflows for case management, benefit verification, patient services, and call center operations to improve efficiency and service quality. Monitor and evaluate patient service and operational metrics to identify process improvements and implement automation and AI-driven solutions within Salesforce. Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, sequence flows, interface specifications, and deployment procedures. Lead cross-functional teams of developers, administrators, and analysts; conduct code reviews; mentor junior staff; and support user acceptance testing to ensure delivery of quality solutions. Define Salesforce architecture roadmaps, enforce governance and compliance protocols, and recommend system enhancements to support long-term scalability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, plus 7 years of related experience.
  • Salesforce Multi-Cloud Architecture & Integration: Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Life Science and Data Cloud solutions.
  • Certified Salesforce System and Application Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience, architect multi-cloud environments, manage security and data models, and build integrations using Apex, Lightning, APIs (REST, SOAP, FHIR), and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Informatica; orchestrate Data Management and Legacy Modernization: orchestrate data flows, perform legacy system modernization and Health Cloud data migrations, and integrate Salesforce with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, HL7).
  • Transform legacy data into scalable, compliant, and accurate datasets while ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA/GDPR) and reliable representation in test and production environments; lead Strategic Solution Delivery: lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and execute end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Engage stakeholders, define architecture roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies including Gen AI and Data Analytics, and align solutions with business and healthcare objectives; manage DevOps, Deployment, and Release Processes: manage Salesforce deployment and release processes using Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead release management across multiple environments, maintain system governance, and ensure scalability and resilience of enterprise solutions.
