Saviynt Expert Services is seeking a US or Canada–based technical architect to lead post-sales Privileged Access Management (PAM) engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for discovery, data gathering, solution design, implementation, and documentation (including high-level designs, SOPs, and related deliverables). You will spearhead PAM deployments, act as a trusted advisor, and guide customers through a successful journey to adoption. The ideal candidate is driven, collaborative, and confident in setting boundaries when necessary—someone who thrives in a team environment while staying hungry to deliver results. Saviynt's Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a cloud-based solution designed to secure and manage privileged access across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. It focuses on identity-driven access control, leveraging a converged platform with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Saviynt PAM aims to reduce the risk of cyber threats by controlling and monitoring access to critical resources, including endpoints, applications, and cloud services.

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with customers and propose solutions following best practices of PAM
  • Lead PAM design, implementation and deployments
  • Operate as a technical subject matter expert in the PAM space
  • Mentor and coach junior resources within the team
  • Build documentation
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with Information Security or in a technology related field, preferably on Identity and Access Management domain
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
  • Must have PAM experience as an implementation engineer/architect with at least two of the following PAM solutions: CyberArk, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Hitachi ID, Delinea, Saviynt PAM
  • Integration experience of PAM solution with at least three or more out of on-prem servers, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS Applications, Web Application, Network Devices (Firewall/Switches/Routers), Active Directory (multiple domain setup)
  • Architect and design technology components such as deployment architecture, PSM, Vault, access control based on certain privileges etc
  • Knowledge on platform security, administration and management, such as Linux/UNIX / Windows system administration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce quality documentation
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to think strategically, evaluate and resolve customer problems
  • Proven presentation skills and the ability to shape business decisions
  • Motivation to mentor and lead
  • Must understand PAM best practices
