The PAM Operations and Service Delivery Manager maintains the stability, reliability, and compliance of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, with a focus on CyberArk technologies. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with managerial responsibilities to ensure PAM platforms are patched, monitored, and operating effectively, while supporting business needs for onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day privileged access requests. The manager also drives roadmap execution for account onboarding, ensures alignment with PAM standards, and establishes KPIs to measure service performance and compliance. This is a remote position. You will report to the Director of PAM. You'll have opportunity to: Ensure stability, security, and compliance of PAM platforms through regular patching, upgrades, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation across OS, DB, and application layers. Validate system functionality, integrations, and controls, escalating complex issues and partnering with SMEs for testing and enhancements. Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support and oversee incident escalation to maintain operational continuity. Manage privileged account onboarding/offboarding and daily service delivery, ensuring alignment with PAM standards and compliance requirements. Implement service changes, secret management processes, and PAM controls across on-prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Support audits and governance by maintaining documentation, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with capability managers to improve usability and business alignment.
