About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join our growing security team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of enterprise-grade PAM solutions. You will lead projects to deliver new security features, drive automation, and ensure seamless integration with critical systems across Windows, Linux/UNIX, AIX, and Mainframe environments. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge identity security technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Delinea, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen enterprise security posture. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience administering PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
  • Experience with large-scale IT/security projects using Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong background in identity infrastructure: Active Directory, Azure AD, PKI, Federation Services, RSA.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).
  • Experience integrating PAM with enterprise platforms (Windows, Linux/UNIX, VMware, Azure, SQL/Oracle/DB2, network appliances, mainframe).
  • Advanced communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with change control processes to ensure uptime and business continuity.

Nice To Haves

  • CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain PAM technologies, including account management, secrets management, and patching.
  • Lead projects to deliver new security features, software updates, and integrations.
  • Automate PAM administration processes and integrate with external services (ServiceNow, IGA, SIEM, etc.).
  • Contribute to PAM strategy through discovery, gap analysis, onboarding, and service improvements.
  • Design, configure, and maintain PAM solutions across AIX, RHEL, Windows, and Mainframe systems.
  • Build and deploy PSM & CPM connectors; manage credential providers (AAM, CCP).
  • Provide security consultation for internal projects, ensuring compliance with identity security best practices.
  • Author and maintain documentation, inventories, and diagrams for PAM systems.
  • Monitor PAM infrastructure performance, capacity, and licensing; provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Participate in rotational on-call support for production PAM systems.
