APS is looking for full-time ABET Accredited Engineering students who can help guide our business forward! Students who are interested in experiencing, practicing and learning engineering systems and fundamentals in real work settings. The Palo Verde Summer internship is a paid 10-week program starting in May, ending in July. During the 10 weeks at Palo Verde, you will be equipped with the tools needed to thrive and be challenged with meaningful individual projects. You will get support from leaders who will help you succeed. Interns will also have the opportunity to participate in a New Hire Orientation, Professional Development opportunities and company tours to learn more about Palo Verde and Arizona Public Service. Qualified students will receive housing during the program. The primary recruiting method for Palo Verde is through attendance of college career fairs. We will be represented at the following schools: Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, University of Arizona, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, New Mexico State University, University of New Mexico, Missouri University of Science and Technology, University of Wisconsin- Madison, Grand Canyon University, University of Nevada Las Vegas, and Colorado School fo the Mines.
