Job Description Full-time Palliative Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week Provide medical support and coordination to palliative care patients and family members Complete history and physical examinations, by evaluating the patient's medical condition and health history Manage acute/chronic health conditions and terminal illnesses by developing an individualized plan of care, prescribing medications and treatments, obtaining consultations or making referrals Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilize appropriate pain management techniques. Educate patient and family regarding pain management Efficiently signs orders and scripts for medications for palliative patients Participates with provider on-call rotation Benefits Competitive salary Mileage reimbursement Excellent PTO program (up to 136 hours in first year) Every Friday is payday! Requirements

Licensed N.P. in State of Indiana
1 year of NP expereience strongly preferred
Proof of current classroom CPR
Current driver's license
Must have reliable transportation and insurance

Responsibilities
