Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Master of Science (MSN) degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience
• Hold, in good standing, a license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner issued by the state in which you work
• Experience in a community based Home Health or Hospice/Palliative Care practice is strongly preferred.
• Master's degree or higher
• Clinical Experience (2+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Hospice Palliative Care Home Health
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications: Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Pennsylvania (PA) Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a community based Home Health or Hospice/Palliative Care practice is strongly preferred.
