About The Position
Experienced Palliative Medicine physician needed to help develop a new service line within a multidisciplinary setting. Ideal candidate will be fellowship trained or have equivalent experience. Responsibilities involve providing palliative medicine consultation services & care to patients in both the acute care/hospital setting and the outpatient arena. There is a high demand for these services local. Compensation includes a generous salary, incentives, retirement, benefits, relo/vaca/CME, malpractice & signing bonus. Servicing over 300K residents, this area provides a variety of school options, a vibrant downtown, year round outdoor activities & easy access to Champaign & nearby communities.
