About The Position

Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician or BE/BC Geriatrics physician for a per diem position. This role involves providing both inpatient and outpatient care, including virtual work, as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on improving the quality of life for patients with serious illnesses. The physician will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to develop customized holistic care plans that align with patient values and goals.

Requirements

• BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatrics.
• Masters in Palliative Medicine or Geriatrics is also acceptable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a multi-specialty group practice.
• Familiarity with virtual care technologies.
