Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – St. Cloud, MN
About The Position
CentraCare’s Palliative Care team at St. Cloud Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to primarily serve our inpatient population, with the potential to incorporate some outpatient care as well. Summary This is an opportunity to practice within a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team that prioritizes open communication, thoughtful care coordination, and clinical excellence. You’ll enjoy a meaningful level of independence in your practice while collaborating closely with physicians and fellow APPs within a supportive, team-based model designed to promote professional satisfaction and work–life balance. In this role, you’ll develop trusted relationships with patients and families, facilitate goals-of-care discussions, and provide comprehensive symptom management to improve quality of life while delivering compassionate care in a well-resourced, patient-focused environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Nice To Haves
- Palliative Care, Hospice, or Oncology experience preferred.
