In this role you will Work with alongside a very well established Palliative Care team of 2 other physicians, 3 APPs, a Social Worker, a Chaplain, and an RN You will primarily practice at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT Occasional shifts at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT PRN – as needed role You can expect 2-3 shifts a week through the end of the year then 4-5 shifts a week with a potential of moving to full time in the future. Requirements

  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
  • 1-2 years of experience in specialty care, Palliative preferred
  • No New Grads, Please
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
