About The Position

The Palletizer is responsible for correctly packaging and labeling finished goods and for the transportation of those goods into the cooler. El paletizador es responsable de empaquetar y etiquetar correctamente los productos terminados y del transporte de los productos al enfriador.

Responsibilities

• Remove completed/full pallets from palletizing line using forklift
• Label & wrap pallets using the shrink-wrapping machine
• Bring wrapped pallets into cooler within USDA timeline
• Work closely with grader operators on daily pallet count
• Hand stack and label pallets that are not palletized by the robot
• Keep work area clean, follow GMP, wear appropriate PPE
• Print labels/Pallet tags and verify for shipments and accuracy of shipments
• Implement the changes on processes and procedures during run times
• Understanding and proficiency of palletizing robots, programming and trouble shooting if errors or shut downs occur
• Verify inventory accuracy
• Other duties as assigned
