About The Position

Your Mission Operate pallet inverter, automatic palletizer safely. Check inventory, locations, WIP and production schedule to accurately retrieve material from the job packet pick lists. Safely move material to and from storage, machines and finished goods areas. Operate forklift to transport materials to and from storate areas, workstations, and within other areas of assignment.. Load, transport, unload and stack materials in accordance with established procedures. Perform housekeeping duties in work area, including sweeping, mopping, picking up, and disposing of trash. Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management. Communicate non-compliance and/or quality problems to supervisor. Ability to read and understand material labels and work orders. Knowledge of and ability to comply with safety rules and requirements. Knowledge of and ability to comply with forklift training. Your Profile Valid U.S. Driver’s license required Manufacturing experience strongly preferred High School diploma or equivalent required Work schedules are normally 8 or 12 hours May be scheduled for rotating days off Must be able to work any scheduled times, including overnight and weekend shifts Must be able to work overtime as needed, including extra hours on short notice Standing for extended periods Must be able to complete assigned task during shift and meet reasonable expectations Awkward and/or repetitive movements Climbing ladders and/or stairways Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly and up to 50 lbs. frequently for up to 12 hours Reading computer screen or other electronic devices Use of various hand and electrical tools and equipment Work in areas of fluctuating temperature Required to wear personal protective equipment (including but not limited to steel toe shoes, earplugs, safety glasses, hairnet and beard net, if applicable) Ability to use hand truck, drum dolly, and electric pallet jack as needed Regularly works near moving mechanical parts

Requirements

Valid U.S. Driver’s license required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to work any scheduled times, including overnight and weekend shifts
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including extra hours on short notice
Standing for extended periods
Must be able to complete assigned task during shift and meet reasonable expectations
