About The Position

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. Factory Location: Allentown, PA (NPL) Compensation: $27.36 / hour Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule 5 am - 5 pm Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred
• Exposure to high-speed production or basic maintenance is preferred
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
• Effective communication skills both face to face and over the radio
• Forklift experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively
• Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift and move high volume units per day, each weighing 50 lbs. + with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature
• Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
