Responsibilities

  • Maintain all established production and quality standards by line assignment and variety of products scheduled to include staging of proper materials, cases, trays, film, etc.
  • Pull and stage materials as necessary
  • Operate Palletizer on assigned line
  • Operate hand palletizers on assigned line
  • Coordinate and execute changeovers in an efficient manner.
  • Assist with training of Team Members.
  • Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color code system.
  • Maintain clean work area and execute any duties assigned.
  • Notify Maintenance, Line Lead, and/or Team Lead of any repairs or adjustments needed in your area.
  • Follow and promote all safety policies.
  • Assist in the removing of all scrap, by following procedure.
  • Perform all duties necessary to meet Safe Quality Food (SQF), Company and/or Regulatory requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.
  • Responsible for reporting Food Safety and Food Quality problems to the appropriate personnel, as well as, follow quality and safety policies/procedures themselves in order to ensure products are made with the highest standards possible.
