Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to problem solve.
• Detail-oriented and able to stay on task.
• Excellent in all forms of communication.
• Innovative, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Palletizes product produced in Vernon Facility.
• Reports case count to production.
• Reports any food safety or quality problems to personnel with the authority to initiate action.
• Follows J&J Snack Food’s all OSHA safety rules, Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Follows all food safety laws and regulations.
• Maintains food quality and safety within the plant.
• Reports food quality and safety issues to Quality Assurance Manager and/or Plant Manager.
• In the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager or Plant Manager, brings food quality and safety issues to the attention of the General Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Range: $18.04—$18.04 USD
