Palletizer Skilled 2nd Shift Fort Smith, AR (January)
About The Position
This position is responsible for building totes, breaking down totes, moving pallets weighing up to 95 lbs., palletizing/stacking 40 lbs. boxes up to 10 stacks high and using water hose to keep work area clean and clear of debris/product. This position will be exposed to a work environment with temperatures ranging from 55 to 80 degrees, wet and/or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas, concrete floors and noise levels that are loud enough to require hearing protection. Must be willing to lift, push, pull up to 95 lbs. and be willing to work on your feet for a period of 8 to 12 hours. Must be willing to use a utility knife, hand jack and strapping gun. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must have a minimum of 6 months of continuous work history within the past 2 years. Must have a minimum 3 months operating machinery in a processing/factory environment. Hours of work: Mon-Fri (3:30pm to 3:00 am) with occasional Saturdays Applications are only active for the current position in which you applied.
