Palletizer Operator 3rd Shift
About The Position
Palletizer Operator - 3rd Shift Schedule: Monday- Friday, Shift start 8pm Key Duties: Place labeled and banded pallets of product in designated area of cold box. Clear casers, stackers, and palletizer during changeovers. Remove all leakers and low fills from pallets before sending to perishables. Keep accurate case count of products ran and notify filler operator if you are over or short of scheduled production. Hand in pallet count to Supervisor at end of shift. Turn in completed, accurate pallet count to Supervisor at end of shift. Clear casers, stackers, and palletizer during production run. Keep all equipment and floors clean in cold box (Palletizer Area). Be aware of all pallet jack and forklift traffic in your area. Dump milk as required/ requested. Install new banding material as needed. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Lead. Wear headsets for added communication. Complete cleaning assignments, and related documentation. Other Responsibilities: Keep all hoses clean and neatly hung on racks. Keep palletizer desk clean and free of debris. Empty trash at the end of your shift. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Lead. Clean/ remove low fills & leakers prior to departure. Provide a clean work area for the next shift Operator.
