Requirements

• Must be a self-starter and motivated.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to work under a timeline and meet that timeline.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to keep focus under stressful situations.
• Must be trained in the nature and properties of sanitation chemicals.
• Must set an example for company values.
• Must follow company GMPs.
• Must follow PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates Robotic Palletizer and Automatic Wrapper with minimal assistance from supervisors or maintenance.
• Checks raw materials for quality and quantity ahead of loading into machine.
• Oversees production run ensuring that specific customer specifications are met. This includes:
• Pallet selection
• Case labels in the right location and proper format.
• Pallet tag and placard information matching product information.
• Order fulfillment with correct case count and pallet configurations.
• Operate forklifts routinely and places finished pallets in the designated racking.
• Hand stacks pallets during certain orders or periods of palletizer downtime.
• Printing of pallet tags and generating shift production reports.
